One way is to use google conference. There is a limit to how many guys you can have on there so you have have the panel and some randoms. Everyone sends in their questions before hand or they can ask em live if conversation gets slow. Film screen and post on youtube for others who couldn't make it or fit in the group call.

I've used gotomeeting before and it seemed to be pretty excellent. It DEFINTELY can hold over 12 callers, I think the one I did had over 20 something. It also has a chat bar on the side if anyone's voice or questions are unclear.

OKAY BOYS HERE IS THE DEAL.
I'm guessing the majority of you have gmail account, and if you don't it will only take 10 min. to create one. If you really don't want to go through gmail, you can use a cell phone but your personal long distance rates will apply.
-To start, everyone visit this web page: http://im.about.com/od/advancedimfeatures/a/gmailav.htm
-Next, scroll down to step number 2 on the web page and the words "Gmail voice and Video Chat" should be clickable. Click on it, you will then be redirected to a google webpage where you will then click "download plugin". After your download is complete you will be sent to the google hangout page, this is irrelevant because we are not using google hangout, so disregard completely.
-Next, go to your gmail account. You will then click on the phone icon on the left hand side of the page.
- After you click the icon, a dial pad will appear on the right. It will look like this:
- You will then enter the "dial-in number" that Manwhore will provide and press call. It will ring like a normal phone, and then a voice will prompt you to enter the "conference number" which Manwhore will provide as well. At this point in time you are in the conference! When the voice prompts you to enter the "host number" do nothing, that is only for Manwhore. If anyone is planning on using a cell phone you would just type in the provided numbers on your phone.
-Once the conference call begins Manwhore will use his host tools to start a "question and answer session". He will mute the conference and participants will have to raise their hands to answer/ask a question. YOU RAISE YOUR HAND BY TYPING " 5* " ON YOUR DIAL PAD. He wil then unmute you to let you speak. He also may leave everyone unmuted, and we can speak whenever we want, which will probably happen.
EVERYONE FEEL FREE TO JOIN EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEAK. WE CAN HOST UP TO 1000 PEOPLE, AND 25 PEOPLE CAN BE SPEAKING AT ONCE, SO THERE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE.
Things might be a bit difficult at first since this is probably new to all of us, and Manwhore, so be patient and things will get figured out. If you have any questions PM me.

No time frame was agreed upon. Approxiamtely half or less of the callers will be in the UK so the time difference is an issue.
The most popular suggestion was 9 or 10 p.m. here in the U.S. and that leaves the UK guys with an early morning time.
I suggest we try that out and if this becomes a recurring thing, we can switch it up so it's fair for all parties.

10 pm eastern would work, so that would be 7 pm for MW ( I think Vegas is Pacific )
