Girls will ALWAYS apologize

..... If you are unreactive and "professional"

So, in my new role (I've been in it for about 2 months now) I happen to have a lot of women underneath me. There has been nothing better for me. There is no better way to learn how to handle some of their hilariousness//bullshit than having to constantly lay the hammer down on them (and I don't mean sexually)

I just see it so often. 

I cannot tell you how many times over the course of the past 2 months, I've had one of the girls come up to me like, "Hey Potted, just wanted to say I'm really sorry for the other afternoon. I hadn't gotten like any sleep the night before, and I was being totally moody. I'm not usually like that, but wanted to apologize"

What's actually funny is that half the time, I didn't even get a sense that they were doing anything wrong, or acting moody.

But the KEY is to literally just not react. Like whatever they say, just respond calmly, and don't let any of THEIR energy bounce back. Like absorb their energy and just completely diffuse it, and then respond calmly.

But it's really just taught me a lot. You legitimately just have to remain calm, and not react, and they will automatically know when they did something wrong, and as long as they respect you, they'll apologize for what they did.

They will ALWAYS blame it on being moody though, so you gotta cut that shit at a certain point.  But yeah, as long as they respect you, and you are completely unreactive- they will almost just like automatically get in line. But you can't put up with their shit. They'll occassionally throw a tantrum, but you just remain maddd cool//calm//collected throughout, and let them think it over.
