Search for rittr labs on the google app store.  They have some apps for pushups, situps, pullups, and squats.

I got to 75 pushups using the app, I'm working on 100 pushups, 100 situps, 10 pullups, no squats cause I have a lower body injury.

It's free, nothing to pay, no pop up ads or anything.

You're supposed to max out on an exercise then enter in how many reps you got.  I enter in lower than my max reps because I don't want to kill myself every workout.

After I get to 100 pushups I'm gonna go for 125.  Right now the app has me doing around 200 pushups in a workout.

Tracking macros is very

Tracking macros is very helpful and efficient but I haven't been able to get in a consistent rythm with it.

My diet and gym routine is on point during the week but everything goes out the window once I start drinking on the weekend.
