The Constitution: Biological Sex vs. Lifestyle

We need to clearly communicate to Biden’s administration that certain radical agendas will subvert the rights of women and leave them vulnerable, and lax abortion laws could potentially serve to create a new class of Americans born in the country without legal documentation.

LGBTQ is a lifestyle choice, not the basis of biological sex. The right to make choices about one’s lifestyle is protected by the Constitution, but forcing others to recognize or cater to those lifestyle choices is completely contrary to the Constitution.

The attempts to force women to recognize transgenders as women in sports, in bathrooms and locker rooms, and in the allocation of resources, is a direct attack on women, and is safeguarded against by the Constitution.
