“Nonprofit Killer” Bill to Allow Categorizatoion of Nonprofits as Terrorist Organizations is Flagrant Violation of First & Fourth Amendments & Allows Targeting of Political Opponents & Enemies of Big Pharma

This bill is NOT AT ALL what they’re saying it is. What it allows for is unelected bureaucrats to target individuals, communities, and interest groups they don’t like by taking away their financial property and rights without due process, in flagrant violation of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Mark Zuckerberg blames the US government for Facebook’s censoring of information they arbitrarily deemed “misinformation” or “malinformation” during the Covid-19 pandemic. But Facebook admins were already doing it, they just blamed the USG for their actions as a convenient scapegoat after the fact. And they’re trying to recreate the same strategy here to target their enemies’ finances, to artificially “legalize” their actions against their political opponents and business competition. Not only is this illegal, it’s blatantly against the Bill of Rights and Constitution. This is a flagrant violation of the First Amendment and Fourth Amendment.

This bill clearly represents unreasonable search and seizure. The government is encroaching on the private property of citizens and their transfer of their own funds and goods to and fro, by claiming.. what? Essentially whatever they want. This is blatantly against the Constitution and blatantly un-American.

Any Republicans or politicians that support this bill are stating they are against the people and citizenry of the United States of America.
