So this question is for anyone that's gone through the process of letting go of their emotions and learned to control them.
What are the action steps, besides meditation. What are the things I meed to start doing.
Anyone keep a"mood journal " does it help?
I'm serious about this. Its the only way ill become top tier at cold approach.
