So one thing I've noticed and just wanted to comment on and see if anyone else notices this:

I am really fuckin dilligent about exploring my "negative" emotions like anger, shame, guilt, sadness- Like I'll get super present and really go deep and just feel around when I'm experiencing these emotions

HOWEVER

When I get really excited or happy- I don't explore this emotion. I don't mantain the same presence. I let THESE emotions take me over in a way that I would NEVER let a "negative" emotion take me over.

So I am going to start making a SERIOUS EFFORT towards exploring "positive" emotions, just as much as I explore, "Negative Emotions"

Thoughts?
