Me: Are u sure ur at work? I suspect midday drinking or the blonde hair
Her: Of course I'm at work ...why would I recognize your number? I gave you mine

Suggestions on how to get out the hole I dug myself. Looking back, I was a tard and I didnt respond on her wavelength. Too much joking clown. 

I figure maybe take a step back and say, " Look, I was joking with you earlier. Sometimes my humor is overboard. I thought you were a cool girl and I wanted to check in with you. Now, back to watching the best movie ever...Twilight.
