Rules, deadlines, and requirements are for people that can not lead themselves

Just a cool thought

I've noticed as a produce high quality work consistently, my professors do not place the same set of strict guidelines on me. I confront them on the way I want to do things, and I am free to persue my tasks with my own creativity.

Give someone without personal drive the right to be creative, and things fall apart.
