Also 3 weeks ago, met this girl in the street on the way to the bar. She was super nervous and big eyed. told her we were all gona play beerpong tomorrow at my house

I call she doesnt answer. she seems super nervous/shy so i send her this
me: Hey, no pressure for you to come over, I just know it woud be fun if you did. My neighbor was talking about haivng people over too so we're just going to be hanging out socializing

me: My friends throwing a rager on 17th n wash come if youre not at Macys or walking around by yourself

(i was at the mall so i went over there, talked to her for awhile while i sat on a bed and she stood there. once again she was being fidgety showing some good signs
i tell her ill call her after work, but i dont end up getting out til too late

Just seems like a ridiculously shy girl that isn't capable of meeting up with a guy. There's quite a few of them out there.
If I were you I'd aim for something a bit more public and easy going. "Hey I'm going by the mall later today let's grab ice cream. Can you go on break around 5?" Something like that

If you did something like this would it be more solid to just have a good date and then try to pull and fuck in the next date? I mean, the logistics will be fucked and given that she is shy she might need sometime to get comfortable hanging out at your place
