Went to hers then she bounce me and her girlfriends to a party.
The girls huddled up talking gossiping about some shit, so I decided to go and socialize with some folks instead of standing around.
I grabbed her to danc at one point but she walked off within 30 secs wanting her space... cool. Ended up dancing with few other girls/ by myself and I would occasionally catch her lingering. Whole thing gave me mixed signals.
Main takeaway that night though is I didn't really try to isolate her from her friends. Who knows what would have happened had I tried to make that effort.

Yeah as a matter of fact after typing this up I was questioning the current chemistry between the two of us, or lack of it.
As far as jealousy plots at work go, i've considered it. However, we rarely work the same shift.
Tomorrow she comes into the store when I'm scheduled to leave, so I will stay longer and improvise.
Let me point some things out that will hopefully help you gain better insight on what you should think about changing
Ill seperate it into two categories, your MINDSET and TECHNICAL aspects.
MINDSET
First, going out without liquid confidence when your not used to it is hard and you hear in pickup that it takes a while to get good without it. This is different for every individual so dont put a limiting belief that your game is gunna suck for a long time because of it. As for me it only took about one or two makeouts in the bar and a sober fuck to make me realize i dont even like getting hammered that much hahah. I dont focus on how many drinks i have i just decide not to get stupid drunk.
Another reason i think your limiting yourself is cause you said your text game sucks now because of drinking over the summer which doesnt even make sense lol. Your text game is really good from my point of view, a shitload better than mine, but then again i suck dick at texting haha.
The important mindset that is fucking you up is that your labeling this as "social circle game" AKA "if i fuck this up its going to have a huge negative outcome". GAME IS GAME. I do believe there is social circle game but like you said you have known these girls for about 2 weeks or something like that. Social circle game to me is more like im meeting up with my best female friend for three years and shes introducing me to her childhood friend whos hot and thinks im cute or something of this sort. Obviously im gunna play it cool with a low risk low error approach and just be my awsome self and let her game me. This sounds similar to what your doing by being the "fun guy".
You were flirting with the latina girl when she used to work with you and she loved you for being the "fun asshole". This is the frame you set with her so this is how she is going to percieve you and talk about you when her friend asks who you are. Which is why her and her friend were so eager to party with you ( because they thought you were the funny dick who is used to banging). Im guessing what happened is you really liked the energy girl or whatever her name is so you droped the crucial "asshole" part (In regards to your actions not your verbals) then wrote later and termed this post something something something social circle game. That or maybe you just failed to be congruent with your thoughts, words, and actions. DEFINATELY ACTIONS.

Your too focused on isolation, did you makeout with either of them at any point in the two nights of partying?

I understand if it is early in the night and you dont wanna go for the close but at least try for the makeout and find out if you can. Also instead of "bringing back the bottle and chatting it up on the dance floor" why not take a shot from the bottle with her at her place when you grabed it and chat with her a bit there and try to move it forward?

- This was probably cause those dudes have no game whatsoever nothing to do with her liking you, she was into you when she got the vibe from her friend that you were a "fun asshole". Also why were you watching her shut down dudes (unless it was funny) when you could have been meeting new girls and hooking up with them which would have made her want to fuck you at her place right next door. If your using the excuse of there were no other hot girls then use the fatty technique and make her steel you from a fatty your talking to so she can get a little ego boost ;).

See how you had a shitload of opportunities but that one simple mindset was holding you back? If they do view you as the "fun asshole" then your not doing anything wrong by hooking up with whoever you feel like whenever you feel like.
If your worried about getting rejected by going for it and destroying your "social circle" think of it this way... you go for it and she kisses back then you can sit back fuck around, chill, build sexual tension and let her game you. You go for it and she rejecets you at which point you can say something like "Im sorry i just thought you liked me". If she says she does then you can chill and go for it again when you think shes ready. I usually just do it right after hahaha. If she says she doesnt like you that way then you can say "Okay lets just be best friends then :)" then you can use her to bang her friends and she'll help you because she knows your a guy who has balls and respects himself enough to go for what he wants.
MAIN LESSON= You need to work on showing your intent especially if your not making out with them. You should change your goal for the night so its not focused on one girl but rather focused on giving out free orgasms to every sexy girl.

So yeah towards the end of my shift she asked for my after-work plans. One of her roomies was celebrating her birthday and she wanted me there.
I showed up later that night and it was 6 of us: Birthday girl and HBlatina with their "boyfriends" leaving me to do work on HBenergy.
I spent a decent amount of time at the beginning socializing and loosening up with everyone in the room. It was all fun even though i've yet to do anything significant with HBenergy.
Fast forward HBenergy went into her room, followed by HBlatina seconds later. This is where I remembered you guys' tips and that i need to quit bullshitting.
I was having the gut feeling HBenergy was in her room with HBlatina like "why isn't he making a move? Am I doing something wrong? Yadada" you get the picture. There was no real hint to this, aside from the fact that my girl decided to exclude herself for a second. They came back out after like 3mins then all took more shots. Not long after i grabbed HBenergy by the hand and said "Come outside with me, I need to show you something"
No questions were asked, I took her to the backyard. Now I kind of fucked up in my execution here: I turned back to her, stared her dead in the eye "Can I be honest with you?... I want to kiss you right now" instead of just DOING it like I used to. She was like "Oh my gawd Guru! hahah I have a boyfriend" then proceeded to back it up with morals and this shit:
Her relationship is on the rocks that i'll be next/ she's going to break up with him/ her relationships don't last long/ she gets bored fast and initiates the break-ups.
I said some shit, flipped the script and told her I would be the one to break-up with her. She then implied that If we were to do anything, I would have to get her really fucked up.
This is where I drew the line mentally as I was not about to fuck a chick borderline blacked-out. Been there, not my cup of tea. This gave me more incentives to be a faggot for the rest of the night.
She eventually walked back inside alone making comment pertaining to the whole boyfriend thing towards the group (I was too far to hear) which confirmed in my head that she most likely has one.
Anyways she spent the next 30mins interacting with birthday girl and her man. Next thing I knew I was dragged by Birthday girl's man, whom i've been chatting with prior, to HBenergy's room to take shots. He eventually disappeared for whatever reason, then birthday girl said she felt like throwing up. Right there my gut told me this may be a setup (she didn't drink that much imo), she walked out closing the door behind her. I was left with HBenergy who was laying on her bed. I didn't really attempt anything this time, just shits and giggles. We separated again before returning to her room maybe 20mins later to let her know I was leaving. She told me to text her the next day to party it up again. Shit didn't really go anywhere.
