Hey guys!

I wanted to start a thread on hypnosis and tolle. This is something that I would consider to be one of the most powerful tools for changing someone's self concept and instilling behavioural change. MW is fucking right on the money! His use of 'Tolle Meditation' and "Self Hynosis' is fucking genius.

Power of Tolle

Listening to Tolle teaches you how to break free of any thoughts or beliefs that you have. By staying present as the watcher of your thoughts, you no longer identify with any self sabotaging or unproductive thoughts. You are able to free yourself of everything that is holding you back and from there, you can create a new postive reality and construct that supports you.

In fact, doing the Tolle drill was so crucial in my transformation. I went through a pretty powerful identify level change when I first started working with MW. By staying present and observing my mind, I was able to easily approach girls. When before, I would try to think myself into approaching girls - I had finally learned to ground myself in the moment and rise above thought.

HAH before I was trying to think my way into approaching, which only made me less likely to approach and if I did, it would be awkward as fuck lol! Not only this, but I was able to surpas my psychological boner issues. When I started to observe thoughts, become presetn and let go of any self image I had given myself - well then my dick started to be on my team.

Whenever negative or sabotaging thoughts would come into my mind, I would just observe them and move forward. Throughout this process of listening to Tolle and becoming a keen observer of my mind, I had rewired many of my beliefs. I had been able to shape myself into the person that I am now.

I'm not free of self image. I still have a self image and haven't fully tolle'd out. But the difference is I was able to create a productive self image. I'm also not a slave to any self image and I know how to let go of it.

Power of Hypnosis

Now I find hypnosis to be almost like an accelerator. With hypnosis you are putting yourself into a deeply relaxed and receptive state. This is when positive suggestions, affirmation and visualization style routines are infinetely more powerful.

"The consious mind does not take suggestion well. It is most useful for thinking, reasoning, and putting into action those things it already knowns. The subconscious mind, however, is like an obedient slave. I doesn't think or reason. It responds to what it is told. Herein lies the value and power of hypnosis. WIth hypnosis, you can pump powerful suggestions directly into the subconscious. The subconscious accepts these suggestions and causes them to become reality. In part, the SC mind informs the consious mind that there is new information to be acted upon. The conscious mind loves to act on what it already has, so it acts on this new information." (William W. Hewitt - Hypnosis for Beginners)

Meditation

The amount of research on meditation is vastly extensive. Meditation literally has been shown to change your life. Improve cognitive functioning, reduce stress and anxiety, improve health, boost IQ, improves mood and serotonin levels, boosts immune system, increases energy, more emotional stability, happier and calmer.... It's pretty fucking crazy. Plus can even reduce a lot of syptoms or health issues.

That said, I find listening to tolle significantly more powerful, especially when you bring the present moment awareness into your day to day life. As well, I'd imagine the hypnosis routine to have a similar effect - especially with the deep relaxation it instills. So meditation is fucking awesome, but I feel Tolle & Hypnosis to be more powerful.

Limitless - My Daily Routine

A super powerful daily routine would consist of the following:

1. Self Hypnosis Audio with Suggestions/Visualization (30 minutes per day)

2. 10-30 minutes of listening to Tolle or Meditating

3. Reviewing Goals/Vision Board and Ideal Lifestyle Script Once Per day

4. Creating a To Do for the next day (this 5 folds the likelihood of you following through on geting shit done)

Your Thoughts

Let me know your thoughts and if there is anything that you would add. I'm going to start sticking to this routine for the next 30 days! If you're consistent with it, it's powerful as fuck. I haven't been 100% consistent with it and its' still fucking powerful. So I can only imagine what the next 30 days will provide lol.

Ideal Lifestyle Script

Oh and if you have no idea what the "perfect day script is" well that's just writing how your perfect day looks in strong and powerful discriptive writing. I find this exercise to be awesome as fuck. This isn't just about what you have... But should also include you being actively engaged in something. Create your ideal lifestyle. And lay it out on paper. Where do you live, what does your house look like, what do you do when you wake up, who do you spend time with, how does your work go down, what kind of activities do you do, what types of parties do you attend, what kind of car are you driving - really picture it. What kind of girls are you fucking lol.

Don't hold back. Go as deep as you can. Fuck being realistic. "Make No Small Plans" is inked on my shoulder. Small plans have no magic to stir men's blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans and aim high! If this drill doesn't pump you the fuck up, then you're doing it wrong. You must go through it, knowing that you really can acheive it. And you must not hold back. But write about what you really want, not what you think you should want. Forget about everyone else and social conditioning. Also try to stay clear of ego and self image. Don't create your lifestyle so people will think you're awesome or to be better than anyone else. Let go of that.

What is your dream day. Cut off those ugly cords that are attached from you and everyone you feel judged by. What the fuck do you want.

They have no magic to stir men's blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never die, but long after we are gone will be a living thing, asserting itself with ever-growing insistency. Remember that our sons and grandsons are going to do things that would stagger us. Let your watchword be order and your beacon beauty. Think big.

Where can I find the "Self

Where can I find the "Self Hypnosis audio"?
I have never tried hypnosis, but visualization is huge in my experience. I always do it before going out and I really get a pump in my state. I'm planning to do it in the morning so I start the day with a better state of mind.

The game is kind of a chicken and egg problem for those that had entered it with no results. I entered in the game without having kissed, my self image was really low for a long time. The results started to come when I started visualizing myself doing some awesome approaches. I don't think there could be any way of me kissing a girl without having the realization(visualization) that what I wanted was possible. Lately I've been in a plateau, and I think going through a daily mind routine and extreme focus will make me get out of this one.

Also noticed that my best approaches are the ones that I believe it's going to work, so maybe installing this belief in my subconcious mind will help. I will try this routine for 30 days starting tomorrow :).

Power of meditation

Really cool daily routine man. I just have to make a small comment about meditation. Listening to Tolle has had a great impact on me, and its something I make sure to do 10-20 minutes of per day. Despite listening to Tolle for quite a while though, I still wasnt able to be as present as I should be, or be able to fully let go and break out of negativity completely. I was really able to do that only during the last 2 weeks, after I started meditating 20 minutes per day, in addition to Tolle. 20 minutes of mindfulness breathing meditation per day has literally changed my life, and I would advise anyone who has trouble doing what Tolle says to try it. I started feeling the results only 5 days after meditation. If anyone wants help in learning how to do it, just le me know or pm me, as I know that it can be tricky, and then you are unsure if you are doing it right...

I've got something to add to

I've got something to add to this pot of gold. It's incredibly powerful and has helped me tremendously. A process called "Priming", by Tony Robbins:

Priming - Prepare for the Day in 10 Minutes

Mornings can be especially stressful for people who have a heavy workload throughout the day, says Tony Robbins. Because of this, he created a process he calls Priming, a ritual that takes about 10 minutes.

“If you don’t have 10 minutes for yourself at the beginning of the day, then you’ve already lost,” he says. “Our brains have been conditioned for survival and not for happiness. So we need to do a little rewiring.”

Priming

Take three minutes to be grateful (think of this like meditation) for your life, both the big and the small. It can be something simple, like the wind on your face or a child’s smile.

Take three minutes to give thanks for your body and the people you love.

Take three minutes to visualize three goals that you want to accomplish in your day. Then see them as completed. This will help you program your nervous system out of fearing potential failure, and sometimes even unlock the solutions

That last drill tho...

I usually do it both before

I usually do it both before falling asleep and right after waking up. You don't always wake up clear enough in the head to do visualizations properly.
