"The survey defined sexual assault and misconduct with two types of victimization. One type focused on nonconsensual sexual contact involving two behaviors: sexual penetration and sexual touching. Respondents were asked whether one or more of these contacts occurred as a result of four tactics: (1) physical force or threat of physical force, (2) being incapacitated because of drugs, alcohol or being unconscious, asleep or passed out, (3) coercive threats of non-physical harm or promised rewards, and (4) failure to obtain affirmative consent. The first two tactics generally meet legal definitions of rape (penetration) and sexual battery (sexual touching). The other two tactics are violations of student codes of conduct. So basically pretty much every guy is a rapist if they didn't ask for a verbal "yes" every step of the way.

These kind of BS statistics are flawed as hell.  What does sexual touching mean?  Does an awkward kiss attempt mean its sexual assault.

While there are cases of sexual assault and they do happen, I highly doubt its an "epidemic" as people say it is.   If it actually was girls would stop enrolling in college en masse.  

Yeah it's bullshit with a political/power agenda in mind for people in charge of the movement. You have to understand the motive for news id trolling for profit. There's a video Julien or Tyler had with a guy who wrote a book on it. The world you see is bullshit, its a world projected by media that's owned by the same ppl who own politicians.

I hope that when she mentioned "combatting age drinking" that she is applying it to those college girls.

I would strong argue that from current experience, I have seen way more girls wasted out of their minds VS guys.

Man i know several girls that have been raped and never reported it, but probably none that has actually reported it. I don't really believe in this false accusation thing.

Yeah this is a real problem. Girls blackout and feel terrible that they fucked someone in the morning. This happened in highschool I remember and she called it "rape", but everyone knew she had a reputation of getting too drunk and sucking a lot of dick. 

This stuff doesn't bother as much anymore. It doesn't really apply to us, and I've never been accused of anything. Don't fuck with crazy girls and don't fuck with blackout drunk girls.

Almost every girl has some sort of rape story floating around in her head. Some more than one, and almost every single one there is actually zero rape going on. "Did you see his dick?" "Well.. no." "Did anything of his get inserted in your love hole?" "Well.. no." Ok it wasn't rape then.
