30 day challenges
What kind of 30 (or more) day challenges have you done and what are your experiences with it?
I'm gonna do the 30 day challenge from 1st April.
Gonna think of some funny twist to it and edit this post later.
EDIT: I was thinking like - 7 days of 5-10 sets a day and then spot the bad habits i have (write field reports) and then do a 7 day round of mainly focusing on correcting those bad habits.
example: if i eject too early, i'll stay in set until the security physically removes me from the venue.
That kinda shit might be cool. Would be better with a 60 or 90 day tho.
