Advice for meditating/exercises for being present
I know manwhore has posted a few meditating sites, but are there any certain excersies to help remain present throughout the day/feel the stillness? funny enough, the feeling of being present came easy and natural to me because I felt the same feeling while being on acid (seriously lol, guess my mind was unlocked or sum shit), but being present throughout the day 24/7 seems impossible. thanks gents.

you mentioned before your fav was practicing the power of presence, do you just listen to it when you have time, or do you sit down and listen to it for a certain amount of time continuing of the part you were at last time?
