I did it a long time ago and like back then it gave you like a graph that showed you your score and then like the median score and like the high and low scores.
I was FAR BELOW the median... so I was like.. fuck that and started playing the games a ton. Plus, they are fun as shit.
The games are way different now though. I haven't done this in a while.
What's the dealio with this though? How do you know you're not just getting better at the GAMES rather than actually improving the skillset required to play the game...
Does that make sense? Like how do you know that this shit will actually improve your ability to apply the skills required for these games to actual real world shit?
I've DEFINITELY noticed improvements, like oh my gawd oh my gawd! *valley girl accent*
They tweak different areas of the brain and the games are well designed so it's a more "expansive" process rather than skills-based in my opinion.
One thing that DOES bother me is that they keep you playing the same game for each area of brain improvement for a lengthy amount of time. So your score is calculated based off just ONE game whereas if you suck at that one game but kick ass at another game within that same brain category, it doesn't matter, your score sucks. I think this is probably geared towards marketing. E.g. once they switch you over to the new game VIOLA! Look how much you've improved!

I bought a year-long package because they had this insane Memorial Day weekend deal I got it for $40 I believe. I've been training for about a week and a half now.
I used to be horrible with maps and directions as well. Then was forced to do it in the military. I got so good I actually won a regional land navigation competition against other military and quasi-military type organizations. Fucked everybody else up beyond recognition. The National Geographic tv personality had to get evacued by helicopter off the mountain. Pussy

Yeah I've seen him once, it was nutty. I'm a huge music nerd especially when it comes to house music. It's a big turn off when girls say they house and only listen to SHM and top 40 ish. That's why I love going out to good music shows.
