"We must go out of our mind everyday in order to come to our senses"

Alan Watts is a master of meditation / mindset, these particular talks are so amazingly powerful.  Fully recommend... maybe go to bed a bit earlier and listen to this while you're laying there.

Alan Watts's got an amazing

Alan Watts's got an amazing way of explaining his shit, better than Eckhart Tolle. I've been trying to listen to practicing the power of now for over 2 weeks now but I just can't get to do it everyday, because I don't feel anything at all listening to Tolle. Thanks for this will definitely check it out.

Also this one by Alan Watts is pretty great

Tonight.  Stand by ;)  Finally got some free time to kick back and write about this stuff I love.

For Eckhart, just keep listening, it'll hit you one day when it finally begins to make sense haha.  A few years ago when MW recommended Eckhart to me, I didn't understand a fucking thing he was talking about, but I just kept listening everyday.  Then it hit me like ton of bricks.  100% Present for the first time in my life.  Just quick glimpses at first... today I'm living Predominantly Present in this moment, and I can assure you, there is nothing more powerful or enjoyable than this.  Nothing else will add more value to your life than by being fully Present in every waking moment of your life.  It really is The Kingdom of Heaven.  Drugs are a joke to me.  I get the exact same good feeling that drugs give, except I'm sober and my mind is crystal clear and I have access to genius and inspiration at any given moment.... and I feel good all day long.

Thanks bro, much

Thanks bro, much appreciated!

yeah the Eckhart stuff is kind of vague right now, but I'll keep listening. Btw when listening to practicing the power of now I try to listen to every word he says very closely, but do you guys mean with "listen to practicing power of now" to just sort of play it in the background while doing something else?

cuz I could do that when I am doing homework or something and then just play it in the background, but I doubt that will have much of an effect since I'm not completely focused on it.

play it in the

play it in the background and take some time out to listen with your full attention... maybe 15 mins per day.

Instead of listening intently to each word, pay more attention to the spaces between the words ;)

Or when you notice your breathing, pay more attention to the space at the top and bottom of each breath.
