Man i have to say US has some fucked up laws when it comes to rape and all that.In Europe things are a lot more in place and a series of evidence must exist in order to be charged with rape.
What is this "series of evidence"?
Yes clearly this is a situation in the United States where "enterprising young ladies" can make money working for the prison-industrial system entrapping males in sex crimes. And honestly it's heartbreaking.

I remember i saw some time ago a poor guy get into trial for rape charges and all that nasty stuff based only on the girl's declaration (white girl...black guy....dont know if it was a factor but thats what i remember).And after some trial meetings and the guy being dragged from court to jail...the bitch said..."ah..nah...i dont think he raped raped me..." and like that droped the charges on him...it was like a girl being on her period and acting crazy :))Also,a good case is that Indian comediant from van wilder...cant remember his name...Aziz something...he had his reputation fucked because of a retarded chick who cried wolf after she wanted&did had sex with him.
By series of evidence i mean...sperm or DNA traces...violence marks ...witnesses...all that...from what i know,rape is when you are fucked againts your will...
I was in a situation recently where a girl claimed I roofied and took advantage of her.
We hooked up in a bathroom of a club and all was well and good. Even hung out after.
She was a dramatic type which doesn’t bother me, but she did weird things before sex, like change up her stories based on how i reacted. She would go “I’m on my period I hope you don’t mind - uhh, actually I mean a guy fucked me really hard the the other day and I haven’t recovered”. Weird things like that; major qualifying. She even pulled out Snapchat to record us making out. When we were hooking up in the stall she was saying “how does it feel to fuck a social media influencer”. Some major vanity things going on.
anyways, I’ve pieced together she told her friends some crazy story about what happened for attention, because later I run into them in the club and they start shouting at me. They go “oh, you’re the guy! We’re going to kill you!”. I’m thinking wtf, as the girl herself is in the background going “no, It’s okay. Leave him alone”.
we got dragged out of the club and I find out the girl claims I bought her a drink, forced a pill down her throat, and raped her. Luckily there are cameras throughout the club that disprove her recounting of events and toxicology turned up negative, of course.
didnt stop me from being arrested and questioned. Left me rattled for quite a bit after. If it actually went to court it should be easy to disprove because of the cameras, although I suppose the only sticky situation is proving bathroom consent. it’s crazy how one persons word can potentially fuck over another so much.
