Another one that I just downloaded. I used it last night, and it works amazing, but I'll hold off any legit commentary until I've used it for a little while.
I'm sure there has to be a bunch of you who are already using this sucker regularly. Thoughts?
I think what's important is more the vocal programming you add. I'm not sure how those sleep trackers actually work, if they do at all?

This one has pretty fantastic reviews. Be curious to hear from someone whose used it consistently.
As for how it works: You put your phone next to your pillow while you sleep, and it uses technology from your phone to track your bodie's movement as you sleep. Because you move differently, depending on what phase of sleep you're in, the app is able to track your sleep, and it basically wakes you up within a 30 minute window of the time you set on the alarm, and the alarm goes off when you are in your lightest sleep.
Also, can you delve more into the audio part that you're saying is important.
I've been using that other app all day today, just to help remain relaxed, and focused. But you're saying the beats by themselves aren't as important as the audio track you put with it?
The audio gives you something to not only focus on but learn from. It's very powerful
