Any cool stories or feedback on the binaural beats audio?
Lemme know!
I was listening to it early this morning soon after waking. A third way through I start having troubles relaxing my body fully. I keep getting little twinches here and there, its cause I slept in instead of getting up earlier when I woke the first time and then was groggy. Im slowly becoming more relaxed then BOOM! my roommate POUNDS at the door then bursts in. My heart rockets out of my chest, soo disorientated. That was pretty shitty lol.
Today was the second time I had this experience..
About 30 minutes after an insta-date (plus her friend tagalong) I took a nap and listened to the audio. Im already present and get relaxed in my body quickly, at this point the only thoughts in my head are drifiting thoughts about the date. I replay the interactions in my head and the only times when I tense up/twitch/lose myself in thoughts are when parts come up that I KNOW I could have done better. Its aggitating but when I visualize doing the right action almost automically I become more relaxed and focus again on the audio/my breath. Its like meditation on crack.
Yeah for awhile the audio is powerful enough to sort of "induce" you into listening/reacting to it. But when that starts to fade, and this is normal as any sort of stimulus you start to desensitize to, you have to up your focus. Focus is a muscle it's a skill set. I have to work to maintain my focus as well but it's great training. Have you tried just falling asleep to it?
Have you experienced the paralysis and/or just the complete relaxation of your body on a level you hadn't experienced before? What about putting yourself to sleep using the same mechanics?
Will be purchasing this tomorrow. Really looking forward to it. Will review after a week or so.

Cool beans let me know.
So guys, this was pretty much a review of my first time using the beats. I originally sent this to MW in a private message. I'll just be copy and pasting it below.
Anyone have any ideas what happened here? This is sorta really special
I mean, dreams are a reflection of what's going on in your life, so it's just like his mind mirroring what you were talking about in the other threads.
I don't really know how he's supposed to use that though, other than as another signal that he's fucking up.
Wow crazy I had similar things come up at one point. Sounds like the gangsters (authority figures) represent some fear of being "exposed" or having your true self shown up. Things go slightly off-plan, you're put in a tight spot, disproportionate catastrophe ensues and you're powerless to do anything about it. For me it was silly stuff that happened when I was 3 that seemed like a big deal at the time lol
Anyone else?
mw you mentioned to someone in the other thread that rolling over means your not letting yourself go all the way into the relaxation. grappy relaxed his body but before drifting to sleep he rolled over, already being relaxed and boderline unconcious the tension manifested in his dreams, his subconcious instead of usually holding it as muscular tension.
Do you really think that could have been it? I mean, I rolled over after unplugging and slept that way for a good portion of the night. I woke up rolled over onto the other side.
I didn't get a chance to use the beats last night, I fell asleep at my desk doing essays and school work. Will restart them tonight. I'm interested to see the dream I have tonight.
i had horrible dreams when i was taking magnesium pills. but i had some other stressing stuff going in aswell back then
Maybe it's just inner game shit I'm working through and certain situations I been dealing with as well? I'm really wanting to find out if this was a one time thing or a reoccuring thing. Pretty excited for tonight. Feel like this could be a major break through for me.
Actually apparently most people roll over to their side in some way to enter deep sleep.
But yes the answer is scattered here 'n there in these responses. The body has a way of holding onto tension in the body, the audio relaxed you enough that it released this tension and it manifested IN your dream! Lol. So now that you're aware of it see if you can start trying to control what's happening in these dreams. That being said YES it's a manifestation of where you're at. These are some deep-seated fears you got going on, consider the ramifications of all of this.

Okay, so basicly the magnesium got my body to relax and therefore i got these nightmares...would you suggest me to taking it again or not? I got an almost full jar laying around somewhere...
Looks like I got some intense shit to work on....
Maybe I'll keep a dream journal for everytime I listen to the beats and update them here. I'll also include what I'm working on currently in life and game and what's going on with those situations cause they apparently are manifesting into my dreams.
Wasn't talking to you Cholo. Don't know about the magnesium or zync or whatever it was.
it still makes sense though since it has a similar effect
So, last night I think I passed out mid recording, I was exhausted as it was since I was up late again doing work, but this time I don't remember my dream. I know I had one, but I forgot what it was since my alarm woke me up and my first instinct was to scramble and get ready. Will pay closer attention tonight and hopefully not drift off mid recording.

Try it with the audio see what happens. By the way I'm going to develop a "VisionQuest" audio as well as an iso version.
Grappler try the audio mid evening and see if that has any effect as well.
Sure, no problem. I'll try it a bit before bed. Could use the extra shut-eye
I thought I updated on last nights audio sesh.. I guess not? I remember typing it out somewhere...
Anyway, last night I dozed off after about 10 or so mins of listening to the audio but I'd say about 20 or so mins into my sleep, I heard a huge bang (someone dropped something in the kitchen, right under my room so I hear everything) so I woke up and had trouble falling back asleep. I was going to re-listen to the audio but my ipod was dead.
Will listen again now and update tmr. Also, not sure if this is due to the audio or not but today I've been feeling pretty fucking awesome, just very "who cares, have fun doing what you love, do you" kind of attitude. I don't think I've felt this good in a long ass time. I feel very present.. No unnecessary stress that is counter-productive. I think it has to do with my recent lifestyle changes and just the way I am starting to think and interpret things lately. I'm feeling confident again and know I'm capable of a lot. The present in the moment feeling is definitely being enhanced through the beats, I'm going to continue listening for at least a week and see what I notice. So stoked.
As I'm developing this inner game series for YouTube I'm going to start adding more inner game enhancers to the audios. Positive affirmations, double negatives, stuff like that. Should be pretty fucking awesome. I started filming a new vid today on it and got interrupted by police and security guards three different times. Colombia is a little different than America lol
What the fuck LOL I hope all is well there.... Hahaha
That would be sick man, def purchasing those. I love you for these beats as well! My insomnia is like gone.. I slept for 12 fucking hours last night. I haven't slept for 12 hours since I was like 14.. I feel like I can run through a god damn wall!
this happened maybe a month ago;
I had done some meditation and neurofeedback before going to sleep listening to the audio. I don't remember any dreams but as I was waking up, I had a vision. I could see a generic transcluency body shape, laying horizontally, it was my body. Floating inside of it, hovering and darting around the chest area was a elongated disc shaped cloud of blue/white/purple/grey/idk colour. It was anxious energy. I realised that i had never seperated myself from this energy before in my life, and that I'd always beeng trapped inside it like a seed in a an apple. it was like if someone put a sticker right on your pupil, no matter where you looked, that'd be all you'd see. The bigger realisation was that there was so much more to me, besides the energy, and i'd never expressed it before. there was so much more space inside the body yet i was trapped in the floating cloud, everything being filtered through it, I had only ever been that cloud, as opposed to being myself. But as I started waking up more, my thoughts sped up and it was like my vision flew into the electrical cloud and then it filled my entire body and had taken over again.
Maybe a week later i'd had a similar realisation in the morning after falling asleep to this. it didn't come with a vision, it was just like being kicked in the head by a reminder of the vision's meaning.
My long identification with this is starting to dislodge. i'm so different now, it's because of neurofeedback breaking old neurological behaviours. it uses a positive feedback loop to train the brain to do what you it to. it's awes.
I look back to how i was a year ago, even a few months ago, and the change is astounding. i can't even make any sense of having the issues i used to have.
MW, I bought it, but I haven't tried it. However, I've tried the other tracks you have on your Soundcloud channel, and they're fucking fantastic. I especially love, and use the Chatterkiller and the one to spur Creativity. Think I use the second the most.

Cool.
Hey MW,
I got a new computer lost all my files, write ups, etc. (Computer just fucking died)
Is there a way I can get the audio beats back onto my new computer? Like a download or something.
Pm the email you used to purchase it.
Sounds good, will shoot you a PM after work.
