just started stretching 20 min. a day. Helps vocal projections and keeps me centered, sounds gay but its working :)

Yeah that's probably a great way to consolidate all that "daily shit" into one sitting. Meditation, stretching, yoga, flex pose, van damme splits. Don't forget your kegels and facial muscle exercises

I just stretch once a week on

I just stretch once a week on Friday to get all the kinks out from working out 5x a week. 

I'm two weeks in to the brad Pitt fight club workout/diet and it's pretty killer. I would be pretty skeptical if it weren't for some pronounced results.

Don't joke I had a whole

Don't joke I had a whole group of friends that did that shit. One of my other buddies walked in on them all in the kitchen with weights hanging down
