Are there genetic limits to vocal range, tonality, and expression ?

I'm looking at some of Todd's stuff and his vocality is definitely a notch lower than all of the other mPUAs. 

From what I've seen from their work ethic, they would've all worked on their vocality to their limits. So I'm guessing Todd's at the best of his vocality. 

Maybe it isn't genetic limits. But more similair to the limits a bad actor even when they spend a ton of time/coaching on acting ie kristen stewart or cameron diaz. More like limits at how a person's mind is wired.
