Awesome nutrition strategy to lean down while dating extensively
Yeah start out with a three day if you are going to do it. Fasting isn't about coming out out of it looking good, although it is a byproduct....its more about having the discipline to rise above any attachment to food and see that you can actually survive for long periods of time without it when you are able to stay present and "in your body." Oh and of course it cleanses you out. I have been dieting pretty amazingly the past year....basically living off of salads, fruits, nuts, guacamole, hummus. Haven't lost an ounce of muscle, in fact, I am more in shape now than ever before, not that I was ever ripped but always super toned and athletic...I'm 5'10, 155, bench 225 max...well that max was 2 years ago but I could easily get up to that if I wanted to. More just going for a "yoga" body these days and it feels pretty good. I don't eat any meat or dairy anymore, simply becuase I found I don't need it. It's good, but after doing this for so long if I eat meat I'll just fall asleep immediately after or prolly take 2 days to take a dump. But during a fast I don't eat anything, its just water with maybe 3 cups of juice drinks or smoothies throughout the day...You could also try a "juice fast" where you just drink pure fruit juices and fresh smoothies.....don't forget the almond butter for protein....its amazing in smoothies! But seriously though, if you just happened to do a 7 day fast and continued working out you would look in the mirror afterwords and be like wholy shit....but it would be a false look because your body isn't used to not being fed all of a sudden and you would look more normal just a couple days later.....So yeah start with a 3 or even two day fast....just notice how often you want to eat but you aren't really that hungry....That's why there are fat people in this world. I mean before I had a good diet I would definitely been fat had I not had a great exercise program. But people just eat all the fucking time and they are not even hungry...haha, just like watching t.v. when you're bored...derp

Thanks for giving me the run down, im gonna start on a three day "cleanse" typa thing. I'll drink water and smoothies, and eat fruits, vegatables, and nuts.
