Being in shape versus being in ok shape
Excercise is medicine. Literally between exercise, a clean diet, plenty of water and regular sex you can expect to live to be 100.
Im writing this post because I've always been in ok shape but I've recently gotten into fantastic shape and gonna keep going. I have my cardio to thank for this. I'm usually a weightlifter and running is on the side but I have recently been focusing on my cardiovascular. I know what it's like to have great wind but I'm always reminded of how amazing it feels. Your resting breathing and heart rate is low and easy going, your sleep is much better, and my personal favorite you will blow women's hair back like a chucky doll when you are banging them.
They will literally ask you to stop (sometimes). I'm going to keep this up and get even better just to have these girls remember me for the rest of their life, haha.
Anybody ever experienced this before?
My whole life, bruhbs.

well then look out Vegas:)
Yeah I'm gon be hitting the circuit by next summer, you see ;)
It comes down to metabolism all n all.
The more cardio you do, the more your metabolism will "adjust" like a thermostat and regulate homeostasis on that stimuli.
Eventually all that cardio will do is keep you from maintaining yourself from gaining back weight, but not get in better shape.
Most of it is just calories in calories out.
Heres what i'd suggest for you:
1) Look into reverse dieting
2)Find out your macro goals at IIFYM or any other reliable calorie intact calculator
3) Download MyFitnessPal. It may not be super accurate to the T, but you'll get a better idea on what your macro intact looks like.
There is no such thing as "Clean" eating. Go ahead and try to even define what clean eating is.... there is no clear answer HAHA
Yeah it fucking sucks but my body has a massive propensity to go into that reverse cardio bullshit. I can't drop weight very easily at all yet I run almost every day, have dance classes several times a week, lift heavy weights, etc. Fucking gay

You need to start those chihuahua smoothies bro..they got me to 2% bf
Here's a recipe:
1 tiny chihuahua
4oz kale (raw)
2oz almonds
2oz blueberries
12oz water
1 handful of ice chips
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency
I was always making the mistake of solely trying to bulk up to get the shape I wanted, the proper way that suits me is to get the cardio sorted first, get the shape to build up from. I don't put on fat weight easily unless I get really undisciplined. I find it almost impossible though - as soon as I notice I'm getting a bit too fat I straightaway increase my cardio and get rid of it. Good habits
One thing a lot of people don't know is fat cells never disappear, they just shrink or grow with caloric intake. Fuckin nuts. So if you feel like going on a "bulking" phase you might want to reevaluate your metabolism.

awesome! Thanks dude. Well to me clean eating is vegetables, natural fats, omegas from natural sources (fish), beans (occasionally), and no red meats. From my experience my body works best from this diet. Basically anything not manufactured by humans is clean, and no red meat, although occasionally I cheat.
So.. lypo?
