Beyond Enjoying the Process
For you guys who've focused on enjoying every task you do, every moment, you'll know how much richer life becomes. But as you're washing the dishes, lifting in the gym, you may start to think "This is more enjoyable than any outcome, why do I even need to achieve sex, money, fitness? It's all about the process.
But this can lead you to a mentality of not pushing hard for goals, because you're already happy. But as well as being fully present during the work, why not fully enjoy the reward too? REALLY taste your fucking sandwich. Being fully immersed in your successes, abundance and sexual intimacy is enrichened tenfold when you're aware of the work it's taken to get to that moment.
