Book review: No Excuses by Bryan Tracy
This book was advise to me by a acquaintance who make 7 figures "revenue", told me this and a few others is all you need.
The first part on personal character and the second one on business is amazing because the book is very simple and straight to the point.
You have action exercices that will make all the differences. Highly recommended.

I saw Brian Tracy live one time, very powerful. He did that "list writing" exercise with us I read it over a year later 95% of it had come true.
