Calling/Voicemail vs Reenagement text for someone who is ignoring you
Just trying to see what works best. So I met this girl from Tinder, got her number after like 4-5 messages. Send her an opener with no reply, wait a few days and send a funny value text. She responds, and since then for about a month we've been texting, snapping, and talking on the phone. Thing is, she left town to visit family for a bit but will return soon since she has an apartment here. So we actually haven't met up yet. Things have been going smoothly, and I'm not actually looking to try to hookup with her, but see if there's something long-term there since she's quite ambitious, intelligent, and we have similar humor.
Not sure what happened though. Her timing on texts were kind of weird, but we were always snapping / having 2 different convos. I think I failed to create attraction and kind of messed around too much with banter. I gotta work on this lol.
Some other relevant info: She just broke up with her boyfriend of several years just a few months ago. Describes herself as the type of girl that is committed to something long-term (something I'm looking for atm right now, but still gaming other chicks in the meantime). I called her up last week, she wanted to take me out to get boba, I say I'll pass because I don't like it (in a semi-joking manner). She gets mildly irritated and says "Did you just say no to me? I don't get told no very often." I held my ground a little, but eventually caved and agreed.

Yeah yer right, I kind of fell into her own frameset when she describes that she's not interested in hooking up. Yeah true man, I have a degree in sociology, in fact the last class I needed to get my degree was "Sociology: The Family (marriages, relationships, etc)"
I think I'm coming from the mindset that I haven't had any type of committed relationship yet, and kind of want to explore that. I don't think I have grown as an individual from all the short-term lays and dates that don't help me achieve my long-term ambitions and goals. Maybe I'm turning into a chode, but there's gotta be another way possibly. Also, I need to be keeping a very low profile nowadays so that kind of conflicts with my newly adopted mentality.

Sorry. I thought I was making sense when I was typing this, obviously it did not so I'm a dipshit. Let me explain this in chronological order without it being a clusterfuck. Would still LOVE your advice man.
1. I call her on the phone. During this conversation, she says she wants to take me out for boba. I said no at first, but eventually agreed to go with her once she returned from out of town.
2. After the phone conversation we have this text interaction a few days later. It shows that she was still interested and game for a meetup. Here is the following conversation:
