I'm currently going to physio for a knee injury from being in a car accident, I was wondering what you guys suggest for cardio since I'm not able to fight or really run right now... Don't want to get to chubby here.. It is the holiday season after all so the food around isn't exactly the cleanest!
Can't really jog much either, lots of pain, figure maybe the bike or walking.....but that's so bland
Yeah I did the bicycle for awhile at the gym. Not that bad actually. I got a lot of reading done LOL
Yeah, the physiotherapist has me doing the bicycle but with no resistance whatsoever. It takes me so long to work up a sweat and what not, I usually listen to audio books or full albums when I do that sort of long duration cardio.
Was thinking about trying to read while doing the cardio, but it feels a little different to be doing that at the gym haha
Swimming! Long distance swimming produces a great 'runners high' and is a nice change of scenery over a bike machine
