what is cbt training ?
its analyzing your thought patterns and limiting belifs to see how they are affecting your life.
what does cbt training have to do with 'game'?
game is all just an inner expression of your beliefs of your fears which cbt will help address.
how does cbt work ?
there are 3 stages.
the first is just becoming very present and mindful and being able to hear your thoughts.
the second step is being able to find a thought and analyze it back by basically asking , what does it mean to think this, over and over until to get to the larger bigger belief that the thought originated from. ITs about finding the pattern and overall "system" your beliefs operate it.
The third step is taking action, by doing certain things that you can use as evidence that proves the belief wrong. Find evidencing , and even generating that evidence by taking the right action will make the The sub conscious mind built up resovior of evidence backing up the belief system change to new beliefs.
The Four step also known as' method acting. ' is acting completely congruently to the new belief system overtime, the inner mind will backward rationalize your behavior as if you are 'actually ' this person.

The core essence of cbt is that the more evidenc3 your able to garthee for your elf of your competency or you being successful with women the more your subconscious will back u u on those belief systems that naturally promote confidence. Like your self worthiness like ur beliefs about attractive ness and competency.
