This might be my favorite audio from Tolle because he really simplifies presence here and teaches you stuff that you might not understand unless you've been meditating for a month. Hell, this might even be the best way of introducing a newcomer to this stuff. Forget all this "awaken the third eye" bullshit, just feel the body and everything around you. When your attention is focused inward you cannot generate thoughts. That is presence. The HD voice also really helps you hone in and listen to him.
