Dude this is easy shite. Just plan an event, say 3 days out.. let's say some gay ass band at a local bar/butthole is playing and you're inviting everyone out. Start a few days prior and tell your coworkers they're coming, let her know too. Even if they all show up it's still your playground. Make a practice of doing this, win at life. 

Oh that's pretty much how I have been running my social circle game at school when it comes to events. Isolate accordingly when she's there.

Also so this chick who works in the back clearly wants to bang, I probably couldn't get away with hooking up with her then trying to see this chick I'm into.. Right? Ahaha might make a mess

Depends on type of girl the one from the back is. Generally you want to bang the one a bit harder to get first, then mop up the rest after. 

The one in the back is definitely into partying and sex lol it's awesome. She was asking me to come out with her and we should try to wingwoman/wingman each other and I just laughed and said "nah, I usually just end up hooking up with my wingwomen on a slow night", that's when her interest just sky rocketed. Ran into her at the casino and she eye fucked the shit out of me while she was with another dude and you could see him getting annoyed with it. Didn't bother acknowledging her, was in set already. 

The chick who I think is pretty cool plus all around genuine, she seems harder to game. I'm just trying to figure out a way to get her to open up more, then invite her and everyone else out or something along those lines

. My "boss" just invited me to the team group on facebook so we consist of 20+ people including hot chicks. Apparently i have met almost all of these chicks that i will work with before and i also know some guys, pretty much ive been quite social and talked to everybody lately.

Of course i will already have alotta value there but should i game the hottest chick from the start or take it slow or what? My friend will arrange an afterparty after we finish work but some workers leave earlier before the rest of us finish so not sure who will come

Seems like a similar situation but you already have the "events" set up. Maybe just hope the one you're interested in is going or try to see if she is. If she does go great, if not, game others? Always could do it that way

Yo what is WRONG with you people. You should be just expressive enough as a person to be gaming everyone. Draw people in, duh. When you go to make plans they'll want to be a part of it. 

It's basically what I've been trying to do. Game every chick, or at least try to and then pick the one you want from the ones that hook/or come out to events you set up. 

I find I get a lot of shit from older girls lately that I work with because I'm 20 and they are all 24-28 and they call me a "kid" "too young" etc. I feel like it's all shit tests. Normally I'll just flip it and say they are "too old". How should I continue to go about this? Just brush it off like I didn't hear it or just laugh? All I ever really use to counter that shit test is "nah, you're too old"

Ok so we had an afterparty with a bunch of chicks from work. Some chicks dissapeared super early amongst them a turbo 10 that was really cool. We probably wont work together until next month, but i know her facebook though. Any advice for what i should text her?

The same thing happened to me a while ago when i fucked a really hot chick but i could afford to be a bit needy because she was so invested in me lol.

i used to let my frame of being the boss drop when I got lazy and or felt needy but lately I been trying to catch it. Like i still slip up, but it's gotten much better
