How I met her:
On the way home, I run into this girl at my job that I've been like under the radar flirty with since last year or something like that... I was in the cafeteria at work and told her hot ass friend that I was really shy and had no friends - pretty much an indirect approach. She joined us and while the girl I initially approached was a shade hotter - i liked this girl more because she had a more silly, quirky kind of personality and could see long term us having more chemistry than the hotter chick. We end up talking about how all day all we think about is sex etc etc, and we even play fuck marry kill..... Just a ridiculously amusing convo to be having at work. So after work she's in her gym clothes and I sort of creep up on her and am super in her personal space without actually escalating on her. We walk into the subway station together and she's mentions that we should do something for my bday when she comes back from Dallas. Ok thank god she dropped that line because I probably wouldn't have #closed for fuck sake…

Look at the last few texts from the 29th. A few things your not doing. Not seeding the meetup. Instead your asking what she's up to. A girl will never say "I'm free let's hang out!" unless you have fucked her before and especially when you don't know the girl too well. The basics on this forum which work super tight is to start a playful vibe or roleplay with the girl and fish for the meet up under that guise. Go read the older stuff on here. Anything older by manwhore and bhudda are great and there is a few good convos and a few shitty ones in which have good suggestions on what to do instead.

You dropped the bank robber line in this example and asked what she's up to right after. That seems kinda weak to me and takes the blow off the bank robber text. Like she didn't even mention the bank robber thing. So the purpose of that text is to seed the meetup and let it grow!! You tried to pluck that sucker too early haha. So if you got 1-3 texts role playing the robbery you can segway that into a meet. It takes a lot of energy to get a girl to meet up if she's not really down for sure so you usually want to create a fun flirty silly vibe and then get real to show her your actually down to meet. There are a bunch of examples on here, I'll try to throw up a few links but I'm on my phone so it's a pain.

Next course of action with this girl I'm thinking is to put her on timeout (2 days) and come up with something ridiculously arrogant/PUSH the next time I text her. Where I work is pretty big - but it's a given I'll eventually see her again as I'm walking around.
