I thought I'd share a couple of things that haven't been mentioned.
I've tried a bunch of different condom brands and 'Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive' seems to work the best for me. Haven't tried Magnums yet though as I assumed they were fitted for elephants. There's lots of hype around japanese condoms like 'Kimono Microthin' and 'Okamoto Crown' since they are apparently the thinnest in the world. I found them to be painfully tight even on my modestly sized member so I wouldn't recommend those at all.
Another thing to consider is custom sized condoms... from a company called TheyFit. I haven't personally used these yet but it's definitely an intriguing concept that's worth a look. They are more expensive and it's a bit of a process to get them shipped to the usa but in the end you'll have a custom fit for both circumference and length.
