Decent article. No mind blowing stuff though.
There's obviously some exceptions to all of those rules he outlined but he's on the mark. I feel like most guys know this intuitively, especially if they're dating multiple girls at once.
I feel bad for the clueless guys who get strung along by girls who meet none of the marriage criteria and end up wifing them because they have no better options...
