Dark Triad Test Came Back High. How Do I Lower?

This was that same dark triad test that they did 200 peer review studies in over 76 countries. I didn’t even know it was a dark triad test until the end where it was revealed, I accessed it through some business guru link. No details on how to lower my scores, just thats it’s possible and beneficial for career, game, etc . My answers were totally honest and I can only conclude that my negative mentality is correlated. I am actually surprised that after finding out what it was that I scored so low, but it’s still too high according to science.

I supsect Manwhore and other many others gurus would score pretty high on this but have it under control. 

Narcissism: 62

Machiavellianism: 68

Psychopathy: 51

Ok so to me, this is like nothing. If I knew what this was, I would actually think that the first one would have been much higher, the second one is about right and the third much much lower, as I’m pretty much easygoing and not out to cut anyone’s throat. 

Still, too high. The third one they say you can’t do much about since your levels of ruthlessness can only go up, not lower. I don’t think being more hard would help me in game. I’m not in the pimp game lol so it’s a moot point. 

The first two are a problem that can be fixed though. I’m trying to find the link, I ended up taking the test through a marketing funnel talking about career aptitude’s. They tried to upsell a product so I clicked off but allegedly this is science.

How can I lower those two and at the same time still have my way?
