Ok first of all I wanna say shout out to manwhores methods coz it works, I'm still new to the game but I was able to do some very advanced stuff.

Let's start with this.. whose fault is it this happened? And why? 

So it's hard to really say, i got pissed off that she said stopped me jst before fucking, which killed the vibe. This was her fault. 

But at the same time I should have controlled the situation or recovered from it. Maybe I should have got her to give me head 

Absolutely correct to all of that. 

As soon as you recognize a girl's killing the vibe you have to do something about it. 

Why didn't you have her give you head. Duh 

Lool this is classic, this shit never occurs to me in the moment. Right now I can get hard from just thinking about it. 

But maybe limiting beliefs come into it to a certain extent. 

I think it's a whole different dimension also cuz I was able to talk like a sex God (Even had my hand down her pants in the club. Loolz) which meant she expected a certain level of dominance from me which I didn't provide

Yeah I've never had problems in the past, but I was with a girl on Saturday and I had issues in the second round, then couple days later on Monday it was in the first round. So I was kinda baffled.

And you're right about worrying it doesn't help. Ive started reading articles on dealing with past negative experiences and presence to make sure shit doesn't affect me in the moment.
