Dealing with Non-Commital girls - Any advice?

I am posted up against the wall. Blondie walk by i open loud as fuck i dont remember what i said but i see her smile. I pull her into me. were now dancing as if were a couple - i feel her ass with my hands as were dancing. shes so close i am talking directly into her ear.
I ask her basic questions what do u do, where do u live blah blah. shes talking more and then half way ( my first mistake was that i didnt think i could close her that night, so want to take her number and set up a date and in fact i didn't believe it was going to go down either )
there is something i did wrong in this situation, it was something wrong with either being a permission boy or not setting the frame correctly. i dont know what is the corect way to handle non-complying girls ?.
I then ask her "listen we both live by union square we should met up for a drink sometime this wweekend". . she tells me shes busy and then
i ask her okay, what about monday , at this point, shes like 'ummmm' and looks like shes thinking about an excuse. She says shes teaching monday, and so then i ask her what shes doing on tuesday. At this point, i shes just hemm hawwing "mayyybeee"... not giving me a definite met up . i then try to give her a kiss and she gives me closed mouth , lips only kiss. part ways. Done. I tell her " I dont like MAYBE answers" , "your either all in or none at all"
i 've done this so many times where shes basically given me shit response and i 'll just try to acquince give in to her frame and keep trying to set up the date.
a) i know maybe i didn't set the frame shes going to met me for a drink, and just kept the frame with that instead of jumping into her frame of me chasing her for a 'date". should have maybe said "WERE going to get drinks, Thats final".
b) May be i should have called her out on it ? by saying "look, - u r giving me shitty answer , it looks lke to me that you dont want to met up. if u dont want to met up , then ur done in this town, i dont watn to talk to u any further, but if ur interested and want to do this romantically and hook up then lets make it happen".
c) how can i communicate that more dominance/authority in this situation?

The way I see it she just wasn't compliant enough to confirm a date with you. Should've just seeded and let text game do the work instead of getting her to commit then and there. Ah well you got her number right? Hit that up!

First of all I'd like to draw attention to the fact that the way you pulled her in and talked in her ear was AWESOME. Fuck yes.
These girls are the little 'bambi's' running around. They're your little 'children of the forest' that hop around from thicket to brier patch mindlessly. They respond docilely to the 'king of the forest' archetype. I cannot make this up. Truth is better than fiction. The term "walking the dog" comes to mind. They're the same type as what I call "sorostitutes". Basically you get good at leading them (which you initially did a great job with just didn't seal the deal) towards the door then take them to your car and fuck them, or in a dark alley.
