Defining game

Friends and I don't agree on what constitutes ' game '. Curious as to how you guys define game. Like can things incidentally happening be taken into account? Is it relative or do you view it in absolute terms?

You were going one way and then went another way entirely the second part.

I don't know if you meant this as a definition but it's a pretty sweet way to look at game.
lol and yeah man- if you want us to define game, then you're already asserting it's "Absolute"

Re: Defining game
@Manwhore - Alright I'm going to nerd out in this post.
Honestly, those were just points of references and don't have to be used as the framework through which you define game. I am just genuinely curious as to what people think constitutes game. Oh, I also meant absolute versus relative to the individual -- not absolute in the sense that it has to be confined to one definition. I find it difficult to define game because in my opinion, many definitions will be an oversimplified idea that doesn't fully encompass all the facets of game. Which is why I created this post. But regardless of whether or not they are fully encompassing, I am curious to hear how everyone else defines game.
