Denied 1st time getting a second chance

So this girl ive know for about 1 year already had came over a week ago. Long story short she came over to my house for some lunch/hangout time, we came to my room due to my roommate was in the living room. We chatted for about an hour and I started to work my moves by pulling her towards me and trying to hold her hand but she resisted due to her having a boyfriend. I tried to go in for a kiss as she was leaving but she denied because of this "boyfriend". Today is the following week and she told me she dumped her boyfriend and we decided to meet up at my house this week.
Any advice on how I should approach this? maybe same game plan or differ?
How last weeks game plan went
1.Came inside went to my room
2listend to music while talked on what we been up to
3talked bout her future plans
4 I brought up her bf's name so I could get more info on him (pretty much was too nice of guy, gave compliments everyday)
5 Talked some smack saying how lame he was
6 told her I was a better fit
7 tried to bring her in close/ grab hand denied
8 walked her out and hugged her tight and tried to go in for a kiss denied
PS while texting she did say she would get jealous if I was with someone or had a gf
