Difficult Decision
Had to fire someone. This person was poison to the office.
But man, it's an emotional deciison. Yesterday and today I put in a lil extra time on the meditation mat, and at this point, i'm usually pretty still, and have some space up in the there.... but like my thoughts were just bouncing around like crazy.
Decided to hit up an all-day meditation retreat tomorrow from 9-6 so I can hash it all out with myself
Then I'm gettin burritos - whose down?
And we lost our largest client this morning. Taking some hits right now for sure
It's times like these that a leader must guide the ship to safe waters.
We're under attack, but it's darkest before the dawn. Gonna hit up this meditation retreat tomorrow, and come back with a plan. We got this.
In the meantime, not gonna mention losing the client to the others yet. Want to wait until I've had time to meditate on it all. But mark my words, when Monday comes, the entire team will be locked in and ready to fuckin go.
