Discipline to Stay on a Diet
So recently gained a few lbs....
Ok 30lb....
I used to be super chub when I was a kid but leaned down through Kinobody and got in great shape. This past summer I let go of all dieting and working out to give myself a mental break because I started to run myself thin with the whole 'fitness' stuff. From then to now I've gained 30lb and have been trying to discipline myself to stick with a diet but can't find the same discipline I had when I first got really lean.
It's weird, I still haven't missed a workout for the past 4mo. but my diet is shit.
I do have a goal to drop 40lb which will sit me at a nice 8%BF range for a photo shoot I have planned in late spring/early summer.
Thoughts on it?
Diet recommendations even and discpline?
Thanks brothas
First off, stay away from counting calories that'll fuck you up eventually!
Stick to the Kinobody protocol, I haven't been eatiing breakfast for a while now and that seems to take care of everything for me. Like I said, if your counting the calories still just stop because you'll go nuts lol. Cook more meals opposed to eating something out. Get interested in health foods that can be crafted into something that is quite filling. I make sweet potato pancakes, anything with avacado is good, coconut milk ice cream, pop chips, kombucha, sparkling water, and omlettes for lunch (Yes do breakfast for lunch thats fun). If your cooking it something and its good as fuck, you will get satisfaction out of the whole process and inherently be able to get by with eating a little less.
Are you going out drinking then eating late at night?

Fuck you're right....I slack off on cooking so much, then get paranoid about calories.

Drinking isn't a problem but hell yes to the eating afterwards. It's so fucking hard cause its a simple way to pull a girl home, just get pizza and bring it back to your place w/ friends. Then after I eat it at like 3AM, the rest of the day is fucked cause I "blew" it so to speak and that perpetuates a poor frame of mind and habits.
Lots of ways of pulling girls/groups back. Pizza shouldn't be one of them.

Yea i'm cutting it out. In the past I've used, "afterparty", "drinks back at my place", and recently got this head massager. < Gonna try that one out. In the day time it gets girls uncomfortably horny XD
Tell her you have coconut water
I've meant to post this when I had originally seen it but forgot lol
Now I got this from Jon (he recommended this to me) and it's helped me quite a bit and have a newfound appreciation for it, so I'll just pass this onto you. From doing this I've lost about 12 pounds & I've kept them off since.
Here it is:
One: drink a lot of water amount differs for each person so maybe about a gallon (you also get water from your food BTW)
Two: when you want some flavor, get some boxes of crystal light, the have different flavors and they're actually really good.
I haven't had a Soda since August 22, 2016 (yes I've kept track)
I've only veered off with a lemonade, Powerade or Arizona green tea on five different occasions. Yes these probably have as much sugar as a soda but I found that soda's especially the dark ones are really bad for you... over time.
Now since I know I can do it, i'ma try and drink primarily water (only alcohol when I go out to bars or social gatherings with the homies)
Oh and if you drink alcohol just do it in moderation.
^ Yeah that's a big one
Man, I guess that's what happens when you paste stuff from your phone, it messes up the format lol
Anyways hope you meet your goal, jihad.
Thanks Jon for the water tip.
