I have to write my entire day down or I miss something, not sure if it's an ADD thing but I am fucking LOST without my planner. Makes me feel fucking good too, I love having an idea of the direction I wanna go.

Ive been dabbling with nightly journals too, that's cool stuff. Also, doing grateful lists in the morning is sweet. 

How do you guys do it? Is it on your phone or on paper? Any good apps? I'm interested.

I seriously get depressed

I try to do some journaling

I try to do some journaling each night man, feels fucking great. Especially if you can track some goals (like talking to x number of girls, going out x number of nights, or writing x pages in your novel etc.) in your writeups it feels really good.

A gratutude list is a great fucking idea, I've been trying to incorporate that in my mindfulness for a while now. 

I don't really write goals down constantly, but I do have them written down in a place where I can see them every day (have them hung up on a wall). The daily shit mostly gets summarized in the journaling.

Got my Habitlist that I check

Got my Habitlist that I check every evening. I mainly make a list on the computer and print it out for every week. And then I check the boxes the evening. Helps so much.

I never used to.I know write

I never used to.

But now I write them down in my notebook, phone notepad, or on my white board in my room. I like to have everything mapped out and planned for the most part. Keeps me organized and on top of my shit. Especially when I have deadlines that I've had set for myself or that someone has set for me.
