Don't assume anything: the process is always the process

So I am in a strange mental place as I type this out.  Tonight I made the mistake of getting in a car with a drunk driver and we ended up in a ditch.  I'm fine, but the adrenaline is steadily wearing off.  That's not what this post is about.

I work with this young, petite brunette.  She's a baby doll with a kitten voice.  My own personal 9.9/10.  She hits all of my buttons all of the time.  She has what I call "Giggle Game."  She uses her voice and body language to pretty much get anything that she wants from men.  I thought that she was in my orbit and I overplayed my hand tonight.  That's what this post is about. 

Her first day on the job I walked right up to her and said, "What's up new girl."  From there it was the usual banter and fun.  A few nights ago I was at her house with several people drinking and eating food.  I steadily escalated while giving us space and talking to the other people there.  I owned the room.  It was me holding court and keeping good emotions in the girls there while keeping the guys focused on me.  Usually I don't "shit where I eat" as a matter of policy, but my balls ache looking at this girl and thinking about her face covered in my cum.  At her house a few nights ago I went from friendly banter to completely owning her body--but could not get her alone.  She decided to try to twist my nipples, and I twisted hers back.  She wanted to fight me and I pinned her on the floor.  While pinned she said, "I'll pee on you" and I replied, "Shut up."  She then said, "I enjoy this."  I had her in the hallway with her arms pinned above her head and carried her into her room and threw her on her bed.  But to no avail because her cockblocking roommates were all over us all night.  I picked her up a few times and draped her over my shoulder while talking to other people as she hung there. 

Since then she's been texting me and responding to my texts within 5 mins.  I was riding my bicycle past her this morning and she asked me to walk with her.  She asks me to sit with her in the lunchroom and acts hurt if I don't, or if I'm "mean."  I'm my usual self and reply to texts and give her attention when I feel like it. 

Tonight I had some steaks that needed to be cooked and she said I should come over to her place to cook them.  When I got there she was by herself.  One of her roommates was home but in the shower.  As she was standing at the sink I walked up behind her, turned her around, pulled her in, and went for it.  She ducked.  She fucking ducked.  After that she said, "Remember that we don't shit where we eat."  I chilled on the couch watching tv for a bit.  Then when I was ready I got up to make the steaks.  Several of her roommates were in the kitchen by then. 

I still have time.

That being said, I was stupid to assume that she would be down.  I didn't properly escalate while working in the vocals like I had been trained by Manwhore.  I thought that I had enough value that I could roll up on this chick and start making out with her.  Mistake. 

When she offered me a ride into town later she made sure to ask one of her roommates to go with us.  That's fine and I expected it, but she made it clear we weren't going to be alone together. 

You can't skip steps.  You can't shortcut the micro-process.  She needed to be lead both physically and emotionally from open to makeout, and I thought I could blast right past.
