Headspace is pretty much the exact same type of program. I've gone through both and learned different things from both teachers. Either one is a great introduction to meditation.
Quick question, is it enough to just do this daily to reach a good level of presence or is this merely supplementary to things like Tolle?
It's great, but yeah if you're asking that question then ya haven't gotten enough of the Tolle. Lol.
When you really experience presence it's like seeing and feeling HD for the first time.
I feel like Joseph tells me to open my eyes and reconnect with the world about 1 min after I start really getting into it.
And gawd damn listening to Tolle is such a slog. I've done it over and over again in vehicles and my mind just keeps wandering, getting bored, etc. I have to constantly brute force myself to stay on track. But strangely enough I don't have this problem with big ass books. I tried multiple video courses while I was learning material for a CCNA certification but I just couldn't get it to work. Then I ordered the big ass 1,000 page book and BAM. I'm steadily breezing through it. I ordered Practicing the Power of Now in hardback yesterday for this reason so I'm gonna try it again when it arrives Wednesday.

What do you think of the different series packs?
I've only done a few but I find the whole app a bit annoying and lacks direction after the beginners packs. But I've done the anxiety pack a few times and the silent pack as well. I like the anxiety one and noting technique the best. What about you?
