Fashion for High End Venues

I want to start off by saying that if you're in the mindset that like, "Ooo man, looks don't matter"- yeah, that's VERY true (in one sense)... But at the same time... there's THEORY and then there's REALITY... if you're going out a lot- you'll know that this is an important part of just being a cool dude at these venues.
Also- looking the part is HUGE for being able to talk your way into any of these clubs
Anyone have any good fashion tips?
I guess it's tough without knowing what I look like... But I'm blonde hair, really tall, bigger (not realy FAT at this point.. just I'm super broad and look kinda muscular)
I'm down for anything... whatever is gonna look the best and is solid for the higher end nyc venues.
I really just wanna get hooked up with like 1 outfit for now... Like 1 pair of SUPER SICK jeans... maybe 2-3 SUPER SICK graphic T's...
Wtvr.. I'm basically saying I'm not trying to go out and spend 1,000 dollars... but I could be cool with droppin a few bones and wearing the same outfit- or maybe just switching up my shirt every so often.

Re: Fashion for High End Venues
You need a couple baller long-sleeve pullovers, some solid dress shirts that are casual, maybe 2 pairs of decent jeans ($40+ range), and some baller shoes.
Ever since I became an internet marketer a few years back I've become adept at recognizing winning patterns. Off-white pullovers and nice dress shirts with blue stripes KILL IT for me.
When I go on a date I look like a deuche. It shortens the "dating process" by about 85% that way ;)

@Manwhore:
Awesome, awesome, awesome
When I wear the long-sleeve pullover, should I have some kind of undershirt on, or do these tend to be rocked solo?
With regards to shoes... should these be like, black "dress" shoes, like the same sorta style I might wear to work, or is there a certain style of dress shoe that is more solid for clubbing?
And on the "date"... by "douche"- I assume you mean it's cool for me to rock my neckbeard and wear some stained jeans and a nice graphic T? Or is there a difference between "douche" and "trashy"... bear with me here... fashion aint my thang.

By douche I mean try to wear a wifebeater.
Black dress shoes are so blah.
I wear undershirts as an actual shirt (on a date to a local bar) or with a dressier shirt opened up to about halfway over it so you can see my manly chest. Fucking hot.

You could buy two pairs of $40 jeans or spend the extra little bit and buy a nice pair. I got a pair of naked and famous jeans and will probably never buy another brand (at least in that price bracket). $140 and those jeans lasted me every damn day for two years! And I worked physical then, on my knees, climbing shit, etc. now they are weathered and have holes in the knees but they look awesome. I still wear them for going hiking and to a baseball game or something equally unclassy. The pair I have now are the deep indigo. Shit feels like cardboard when you first wear them and I bruised my thumb doing up the buttons every time I pissed but they break in soo nice. I've had this pair for almost a year but only been wearing them everyday for a few months. They are just started to fade and get those sweet creases.
You'll never want to put on another cheap pair of jeans again

I wouldn't wear stiff jeans for a couple months till they broke in. Don't see the point

Raw denim is kinda a trend these days with hipstery fucks but I like the stiff denim. Gives you wicked, unique fades and creases and the denim is high quality and lasts longer

@Manwhore:
Hahahahah yeah my dick rash has gone away thanks.
I was wearing shorts when that stuff was going on too. But yeah I've never heard them making your junk smell.. Maybe just cause they are usually thicker? I gold bond or baby powder everyday so my shit stays relatively dry and funkless. Side note, many people wash their jeans way too damn much. I haven't washed my new pair yet and they've gotten A LOT of wear. Denim doesn't hold smells like cotton does which is why you have to wash your shirts every wear or so. My jeans usually just get spot cleaned or a spritz of fabreeze every month or two

@buddhagames:
couple nice shirts, some smart shoes, and a few pairs of casual yet smart jeans/trousers.
I get what you mean tho man, about looks dont matter. But regardless of what mind set you have, looking after your grooming/hygene/fashion and hitting the gym combined with the action you already take will make things easier for sure. If anything for the entitlement you'll get for having shit together in your life. That doesnt mean you couldnt do all of this without it tho.
