Finally completed the 100 pushup challenge as well as the 100 pullup challenge
100 pushup challenge took me forever. They say you're supposed to be able to pull it off in 6 weeks by training every other day. Took me a few months. But whatever finally did it.
The 100 pullup challenge is a lot easier you just do 100 pullups a day for a month which I did in June. Interesting stuff doing straight calisthenics. I'll be heading back to the gym now ;)
good job...now...the next level is: 100 push ups with 1 hand :D
I'm gonna start Patrick.Bateman's 1-arm pullups and his high jump training.
i was thinking about them...dont know if u heard about the book convict conditioning...its a very good guide...for all muscle groups...pure bodyweight training

As far as the 100 pullup challenge.. just do 100 in a day. I did them usually within a half hr, wasn't too strict as far as time limit though I was definitely capable of pushing it harder. At first I was doing maybe a set of 16, then a set of 13.. by the end I was doing 20+ pullup sets. Always had a super strong back tho. From lifting your mom!

Just started the push up challenge and bought a pull-up bar off amazon. These lats are gonna be carrying bishes out da club
