So my boss recently jacked my top 15 leads and went behind me to try and get them on board with us.

I was at work today and I went up to him and told me I wanted to "Chat"... we sat down and I told him that I couldn't make a living he was going to do that sort of thing and basically told him it was fucked up.

He agreed to give me the full commission for them and that in the future he would work with me instead of just taking them.

I work fucking hard for that shit and when I found out this happened... HOLY SHIT... I was so fucking pissed.
