Getting called out for being too chit chatted for text

Hey guys,
I got this girls number during lunch break and it was real quick cause she had to get back to work. I started off too judgemental(thought it was playful, but apparently too much). Then, she busts on me for not making idle chit chat. Thoughts on how to proceed?
Me: Hey xxx, I might coming out of my semi-retirement from the illegal chemicals business. U seemed enthused by that idea. Coupons will in the back of the next k-mart ad.

Her: if only I subscribed to the kmart catalogue!
Me: Well, my marketing department wasn’t always the best…someone’s getting the axe! Maybe ill try whole foods, u seemed to be into that hipster shit, w that rad blue hair.
Me: passing judgments real fast!
Me: Well, either im right or wrong, u tell me. Regardless, I don’t let my hunches stop me from letting someone be awesome even if they only drink pbr and wear jean shorts, lol.
Her: im very confident in my ability to be awesome…no outside influence required.
Me: Good, I like confident women. Note; Never swim next to ex-D1 swimmers, it made me look like I was drowning. Hope u killing ur off work time in a better looking way than me, lol.
Her: I wish i was swimming…
Me: Yeah, im not swimming anymore. Now, onto EATING…and loving every minute of it. U still working, hun?
Her: nope
Me: Well, then I assume ur watching something like new girl(awesome show). Im just getting into one of those garageband like programs and am like a 10 yr kid with it right now.
Her: like reason or something?
Me: FL studio
Me(next day, midday): My allergies are killing me today. Did the rain dance too many times.
Her(later at 12 at night):shame
Her:im bad with texting, when you asked for my number I figured we would get together for a drink or dinner..wasnt prepared to make idle chit chat
Me:We’ll get to drinks eventually. Im busy tonight and leaving for the long weekend tomorrow. I don’t like planning things too far ahead, cause im really good at forgetting, so I plan thing 1-3 days ahead, otherwise its not fair to la otra persona.
Me; btw, r u a wine or beer gal?

@WanderingSoul: I'd have just adjusted and scheduled a meet up. Some chicks genuinely dont text. Its no offense on your text game. Overgaming at this point is detrimental. Run minimalist game and schedule a meet up.
