Guys, please help me get this straightened out.

Back since 6th grade girls or their friends would tell me they like me or their friends tell me so.

But I NEVER know/knew what to do. I should have asked this years ago,

but how do I get girls to be fuck buddies/girlfriends when they are already attracted to me.

Now, I'm older but still in school but this has happened to me a few times now where I know they are attracted.

12 years later I still can't convert these girls. Seems like it should be easy if they already like me.

FYI. I didn't get their numbers. Some of them I could have gotten under the pretense of asking for help on hw

but I don't think that's being clear since they'd be expecting me to ask about hw instead of getting them out.

Does everyone just get their numbers and invite them for drinks? I've had a few run-in with cops/and an accident after drinking
and driving so I'm more cautious of that now.

Some of these girls are married, have a boyfriend but they flirt with me and I just don't know

how to make it happen.

I also feel weird flirting with girls with husbands/boyfriends lol
Please enlighten me.
