Go out in Nature
There's something about being in nature that just reconnects us. Being there, it recharges you and gives you this aura. I can't really figure it out, but it's good.
I mean it's what we are. We're human beings. All the atoms in our bodies were once forged inside stars. Everything on this planet is just stardust. It's where we come from, the Earth: minerals and vitamins, mixed with water. Powered by sunlight and air/oxygen.
Go out by yourself. At least 2 times per week. And just walk, without thinking about anything. Just be there and experience it. Then find a place to sit down by yourself. Just look and just listen.
There's something so powerful about the Stillness in nature. No effort is put forth, yet everything is accomplished.
That Silence, that pervades everything. It's been here long before we were ever born. And it will continue to be here, long after we are gone, for the rest of eternity.
We live on this rock, floating in the middle of space, but it contains all the perfect conditions for life to exist. Life just keeps growing. It's what this Universe is all about, Abundance.
So get out in nature and reconnect. You'll gain a lot of power and energy that you can use in your life.

"To look upon the appearance of disease will produce the form of disease in your own mind, and ultimately in your body, unless you hold the thought of the truth, which is that there is no disease; it is only an appearance, and the reality is health.
To look upon the appearances of poverty will produce corresponding forms in your own mind, unless you hold to the truth that there is no poverty; there is only abundance.
To think health when surrounded by the appearances of disease, or to think riches when in the midst of appearances of poverty, requires power; but he who acquires this power becomes a MASTER MIND. He can conquer fate; he can have what he wants."

awesome. hope your on some good stuff lol.
i've moved around a handful of times in the past bit and i made damn sure that my most recent place is only a couple minutes from some greenery. being in a concrete jungle 24/7 without any is fucking depressing. everything has a shallow purpose, everything has rigid straight lines, form and function. even the fucking ground you walk on is only 20-40 years old and will be replaced in another little bit.
the woods just goes on forever, you can walk as far as you can in a day and get nowhere. its seemingly infinite but it never gets boring. its all just there living for no purpose, rhyme or reason; at least beyond our understanding. ive never felt more like nothing yet at the same time my most powerful after a couple days in nature.
its why being on a snow capped mountain is one of my favourite places. your surrounded by nature with no purpose other than to move through and respond to the changing landscape. no ski run is ever the same and all the novelty plus bonus presence points with the inherit risk force you in a flow state. your brain and body are constantly making minute adjustments to each little change in stimuli. every run is physical and mental exercise, you learn something new every run
